Day six and 500 caches found

Today started quite restfully with some reading and a toe dip into the Baltics, the temperature which I might add was quite acceptable. Then we decided to head south and cross onto some of the smaller islands connected by causeways, after traveling as far south as we could, about 12 kilometers, we decided to try and reach our 500th Geocache find on the way back, we needed an additional 18 to reach the magical figure.

Our second cache of the day found us at the most lovely tiny beach where we had our lunch.

We took the opportunity to change into our swim things and get into the sea, this time however it was so cold it took your breath away, so within seconds we were up to our waist in water and out again.

Back into Mariehamn saw us at the sea museum and another cache this time on the edge of the breakwater

More caches followed, including one at a windmill overlooking Mariehamn.

Our final one of the day and our 500th cache was at the canon near our campsite. To celebrate we took our day six selfie, cooked our tea and had a bottle of bubbly.
